DO IT!!!!!!!!
And now... to announce the winner of last week's give.... the Grab Box of awesomeness with a record 92 commenters.... Drum roll and other things that make lots of noise and get attention... I just love your site. I am a children's book illustrator form New Zealand and it is delightful to realise other people are as crazy about this subject as I am. Recently I have made it my project to find copies of books from my childhood that did not survive my three younger siblings. Cecily G and the Nine Monkeys, books by Mabel Lucy Atwell, the Colour Kittens, Make Way for Ducklings... the list is endless. Each time I locate one the enjoyment of it is immense and my own children just love them. Thank you for reminding me of some I had forgotten about too. It is official, I am addicted.
ReplyDeleteWonderful book for my three grandsons.
ReplyDeleteI would like to be entered in the giveaway drawing, thank you.

Absolutely love this book ... Maurice Sendak ... need I say more!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win a copy of this book. Amazingly we do not own our own copy of this.
ReplyDeleteWe've checked this out of the library several times, but we don't have our own copy. We'd love to add it to our own shelves!
ReplyDeleteI love that book and I know my little guy would too!

I never actually read this book as a kid. I'm so ashamed! I'd love a chance to win it now though.
