Great Monday Give: Babar's Travels

I scored this sweet UK 1990 paperback of Babar's Travels (or The Travels of Babar depending on which side of the pond you live on) the other day so I'm passing it along to one lucky reader.     When I got married a friend gave me a framed print of the illustration on the cover of this book. It has great sentimental value, especially since my marriage has hit rocky times. It hung in my little boy's room for a long time too. I've never read the book, but have great appreciation for the art.

    Babar is great although I have yet to introduce my daughter to him. She loves Madeleine and so I'm sure she would appreciate the Babar books.
